Founder of the firm, Doug has extensive experience in start-ups having left venture capital to begin his career with operating companies. Working with precision-machined industrial products, large and small customers, and a distributor network, he cut his teeth in B2B and B2C start-ups. Moving back East to help start priceline.com and other Walker Digital properties, Doug began his work with "invisible products" in brand new markets with no established customer base. Moving on to launch a breakthrough educational initiative at Harvard, C-Suite executives then hired him to help grow revenues through new product development and successful go-to-market launches. A graduate of Williams College and Harvard Business School, Doug resides in Westport CT,  has two daughters, and a 1-year old golden retriever named Hobey Baker Jebb.

With over 30 years of management experience with high growth California Bay Area start-ups, Joel most recently was Sr. Vice President of Worldwide Operations at OpenTable leading account management, field operations, IT, customer support and inside sales teams. Prior to that, he was GM and VP of two successful businesses at software innovator, Intuit. Joel has a BS in industrial Engineering at Univ Michigan and an MBA from Harvard. Living in Northern California with his wife, the Browns have two children and one grandson.
